Wow! From what I’ve seen on instagram these seem like the coolest networking but not networking just fun low pressure get to know you events. Now seeing how Teresa shared your story I’m even more in love.

I know—I'm trying to convince Erika to bring this to Denver!!

These types of events are the most special to exist!!!! Also the name tags and hiding the guest list, chefs kiss 💋

I only know Erika through reading her writing but it’s incredible to read of a person these days who shares their connections vs. hoarding them - who is so free in making friends and introducing them to other friends without fear of losing them. We need more of this! And IRL nonetheless! Love it

People like Erika are my people—selfless born connectors!! She's inspiring me to kick my connector activity into high gear

Erika is the hardest working connector on the planet. She is selfless in a way that most people with this kind of impressive network—in NYC, no less!—are not. No gatekeeping, ever, and we love her for it. Devoured this peek behind the curtain into the masterclass in thoughtful networking that is EV Salon, Teresa! Thank you for the shoutout, and thrilled to see Cruising Altitude make an appearance, too ❤️

Curious about the decision to exclude plus ones - I can see how people might want to only stick with their partners but at the same time, partners of friends are some of the coolest people I've met!

hi! agree, love a partner of a friend. For EV Salon, it's worked best to curate the guest list without plus ones so I can create the connections—the whole purpose of the event!—with people I know and love. When I'm hosting a dinner party or a happy hour at home, I'll def include in +1s :)
